How long will a deal run on
The deal will run the preset time or until the maximum quantity has been reached. 


How do I purchase today’s deal?
Read the offer's terms (including fine print) and click on "Buy It Now!" to purchase the deal. Login using your account information and proceed with the checkout process. If you don't have an account, you will need to create one by clicking on the "Sign up now" link at the top of the page.


Daily deal says “sold out.” Can I still purchase the offer?
All deals are time sensitive and some have limited quantities available for purchase. A deal becomes "sold out" when it reaches this limit. Please check back soon for our next great offer.  


Purchasing The Deal
Why do I need to log in to buy the deal?

With a login and password we will be able to immediately assign a voucher to you upon purchase. Additionally, if you lose your voucher, this is an effective way for you to receive another copy of the voucher through email, or by logging into your account. As a returning user to, your information will be in our system in order to expedite your checkout process during your next purchase.  


Can I purchase more than one deal and voucher?
Yes. However, some offers have a limit on how many can be purchased. Make sure to read the maximum number of deals allowed per person before purchasing. 


I tried to purchase a deal and it timed out on your site. Was my transaction completed?
Make sure to check your account history under the My Deals tab to see if the purchase was processed. If the voucher appears in your account, your transaction was completed. If you have additional questions, please contact us at


What type of credit cards do you accept to purchase a deal?
We accept the following credit cards to purchase deals: VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. 


How will my deal purchase appear on my credit card statement?
Your deal purchase will appear as "Dealhere - Daily Deal".


Is purchasing a daily deal safe? Will you share my personal information or credit card number?
Purchasing a deal with is completely safe. We respect our customers and promise not to share your personal information or credit card information. Can I purchase the deal as a gift?
Yes, the deal can be purchased and given as a gift. Upon receipt of your voucher, it can be forwarded to a friend, family member, etc. by email, or the actual voucher can be printed and given to the gift recipient. 


My credit card was declined.
You will receive an on screen message notifying you that your credit card was declined. Please try submitting the card again (or a different credit card) in order to purchase the deal while it is still available.


I've purchased a deal. How and when will I receive my voucher?
Once your credit card has been processed, you will receive an emailed version of the voucher to redeem the offer through its expiration date. Your voucher will also be available to print online by logging into your account. 


I haven't received my voucher.
If you have not received your voucher following your purchase and confirmation, you will still receive an email from us to the address you registered with initially. If for some reason your voucher has not been delivered to your inbox (make sure to check your spam box too).  Lastly you can click on “My Deals” after you sign in.  Finally, please please contact us at


I accidentally closed the screen with my voucher on it. How can I retrieve my purchased deal?
To retrieve your voucher, check your email inbox or log into your account and visit My Deals to print a copy.


Are the vouchers transferable?
Yes, the voucher is transferable once you have received it through email. Just print it out and give it like a traditional certificate.  


Deal Redemption
How do I redeem a voucher?

After your transaction has been completed, an emailed version will be sent to your inbox. All redemption instructions for the deal will be labeled on the voucher.


I lost my original voucher, and deleted the voucher email. What now?
If you cannot find your original voucher, login to your account to view your order history where you can reprint your voucher.


Can I give my voucher to a friend even though it has my name on it?
Yes. Even if you purchased the deal, you can share the offer with a friend. Deals are transferable, unless specifically noted on the deal page or on the voucher itself.


Can I use my voucher the day I purchase the deal?
Typically the voucher is not redeemable the same day it is purchased, but the following day. Please check your voucher for additional details as every offer may have different redemption rules.


Does the deal have to be used the same day I purchase it?
No. Each deal lists an expiration date specific to the offer that you will be able to see before purchasing. 



Unredeemed vouchers may be returned for a refund within the first seven days after purchase. After that, all sales are final.


Your voucher may still be redeemed at the original price paid, however, it will lose its promotional value. This rule is governed by Maryland’s gift certificate laws.


If your voucher has NOT expired: If a business closes permanently, an event is canceled, or a business refuses to accept an unredeemed, unexpired Dealhere voucher, we will honor your request for a Dealhere credit for the purchase price of your voucher.

If an appointment is required for the service purchased on the voucher, yet one is unavailable, please continue to reach out to the merchant for further instructions on how to most appropriately redeem the voucher.



Do I have to use the full value of the voucher?
Yes, all deals require the maximum value of the deal spent at the merchant upon redemption. You will not receive cash back or store credit, so make sure to enjoy the full value of your voucher.


What about fraud prevention?

To protect against fraud or duplicate copies of the same voucher, each voucher will be tracked by our merchants using an original voucher code.


Is any personal information collected about me when I click on a daily deal ad?
We take privacy very seriously. Please see our privacy policy for details.


How can I change my credit card on file?
At this time, we do not store credit cards on file. Each time you return to the site and want to purchase an offer, your credit card information will need to be re-entered.


Can I edit my personal information on file?
Yes. Login to your account and update your personal information.


I forgot my password.
If you forgot your password, click on "Sign In" at the top of the page and you will notice a “forgot your password” link to click on. Then fill in your email address and select Request Reset Password Email.
